Jimmy’s drastic change led fans to create their own theories on his weight loss journey. When he appeared on a red carpet event with his wife, the actor was seen in mere skin and bone. No one expected Jimmy Jam to lose so much weight so quickly.

Back in 2018, when Jimmy attended a red carpet event with his daughter Bella Harris, he appeared to be overweight. His fans were surprised to see how slim he had become when he reappeared on the red carpet at the Clive Davis pre-grammy party in Feb. 2019, this time with his wife Lisa Padilla. He was virtually half of what he was six months ago when he last appeared.
While some of his fans were shocked and wanted his workout routine, on the other hand, some were just throwing words at him saying he underwent several surgeries to lose weight, which is nothing but a lie. One of his fans wrote:
“Jimmy lost most of the weight in a 6 months period in 2018. If it was an illness, we probably would have heard by now. He played with Janet in MN a few nights ago.”
While several fans were creating theories, his fellow artist Keith Sweat took to his Facebook page to share something about Jimmy. He told that the change that everyone was seeing in Jimmy was not due to any surgery, but the result of his hardcore training and healthy diet.
It’s not everyone’s cup of tea to lose 25 pounds in just 6 months. It needs a proper diet plan and patience. Jimmy was able to lose weight in a short period of time. This weight loss shows his dedication and work ethic. However, Jimmy hasn’t revealed any information about his diet or workout routine.

For dinner, Jimmy Jam eats a combination of different foods to balance his whole day routine. Jimmy goes for the black bean-quinoa Buddha bowl, which is a grain dish that is famous in the fitness circle.
Jimmy wakes up early in the morning and enjoys taking long walks. These hikes might take anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes.
Jimmy Jam enjoys going to the gym for two hours each day after finishing his walk. He mostly visits for the goal of weight lifting, but it has had an impact on Jimmy Jam’s weight loss.
