Amanda Batula, Bravo’s rising star, has wowed millions of fans and followers with her gorgeous figure and incredible acting abilities. Her figure has changed throughout time, and she even stated that her clothing no longer fit her during the second season of the show.

Last year, Batula revealed that she lost roughly 15-20 pounds during her time in the show. During a Q&A session on Instagram, she even revealed her weight loss secrets.

Amanda Batula became well-known after appearing on the reality show Summer House. During Season 2, her first official season, the 5-foot 6-inch tall actress revealed that she was at her heaviest.

Batula lost between 15 to 20 pounds during her stint on the show. She refused to get on the scale at the time, so she has no idea how much she weighed back then, but she claims that she returned to her college weight of around 110 lbs. or 50 kg.

On 27 April 2020, during an Instagram Q&A session, the Bravo personality said:

“Season 2, which was my first official season, was when I was at my heaviest. I’m not sure how much I weighed since I refused to walk on a scale, but I’d guess I’ve shed 15 to 20 pounds since then.” And I’m now back to the weight I was in college.

She continued:

 “I realize that figure may seem incredibly high compared to how I looked back then — it’s not like I was massive — but I gained weight quite evenly, and I carry it in my face a lot.”

A person must adhere to a strict diet while on a weight-loss program. When it comes to Amanda Batula’s diet, she has a number of important diet recommendations and notes that she has been following.

The Summer House star claims she has never been fond of the gym, so she decided to take control of her eating habits and sought the help of a nutritionist. In addition to her usual intake of Bullet Proof Coffee, she started a balanced FODMAP DIET.

Intermittent fasting was also a game-changer for her health. She even avoided fruits that contain a lot of natural sugar. Adding vegetables to her meals was also a big element of her weight-loss plan.

Batula sticks to her diet while occasionally satisfying her cravings. According to her, you should always attend to your craving in small doses as this may not overindulge you in that craving. She also didn’t keep track of her calories because she believes it won’t help her lose weight.

Even when Batula does not eat lunch until late afternoon when intermittent fasting, she does not feel hungry. Butter coffee is a popular drink that combines coffee, Brain Octane oil (C8 MCT oil), and grass-fed butter or ghee.

She claimed that drinking the beverage and following the diet regimen, which alternates between eating and fasting times, had helped her drop “15-20 pounds” since the second season of the show when she was “at her heaviest.”

According to Amanda Batula, exercise was never the best option for her weight loss. Despite her best efforts, the actress was unable to take it to the next level of success.

Batula is currently working and attempting to maintain her body weight, despite the fact that her weight fluctuates. She stated emphatically during her Q&A sessions that she believes that monitoring her food choices is more beneficial to her health than the workout itself.
